Apartment Leasing Loophole for no/bad credit questions?

If you make so much money that you can support yourself, why are you and your mother being evicted & she can't afford to keep you anymore? Why didn't you step up and pay the bills so that you and your mother can stay where you are? THAT would certainly solve your dilemma of having to move to Missouri.
