I've been cutting on and off now for about 3 years. I started doing it regularly, and just about daily in december. I stopped doing it so frequently a month or 2 ago, but there are still times when I need to do it. And when I need to do it, I do it badly. My cuts are way better hid now, so no one will find them. I honestly really want to stop cutting, but whenever I get mad or upset or sad, I feel the need to so I can calm down and not kill everyone. Does anyone have tips on stopping cutting or alternatives?
