IPod 3G apps problems?

Every time I try to download an app it needs my password. But then it goes to my credit card info asking for the security code and when I type it in it says it's invalid. Though I know it's right. It is jail broken. What can I do to fix this? Also the iTunes is under my brothers account and I use hid password to get on and the credit info is my fianc�e
