I dont know what to do I'm so confused ?

Last summer my ex and I had to break up we still talk. After the breakup my family went camping I met a really nice and sweet guy we ended up talking alot and hanging out we then started dating. The other day my ex and I were talking and he said he had to ask me something he asked " when we broke up last summer when did you stop liking me?" I replied never but I hid it pretty good he then said I never stopped liking you either. I now am thinking that the guy I met camping was just to heal my broken heart. I really like my ex and still so but Im not sure If it's right to break up with my bf for my ex. What do I do?
