How to snag this open position?

So I just moved states and I am looking for a job. I called a Gamestop and they said they had a position open. I applied on Monday and haven't gotten a call yet. How long should I give them? Should I walk in and indirectly have an interview. Indirect meaning it was me who practically set it up by being persistent and taking the first move. Or should I wait for them to call and how long? And before someone trash talks Gamestop listen to this, a job is a job in this economy and it is what you make it.
