Nose piercing infection help!?

You did the right thing taking the stud out and using salt water to clean it. Clean it several times a day though, even if it looks like it's healing with no puss. Also, avoid touching your face with dirty hands in the meantime. It will heal up fine on it's own and most likely won't leave a scar. It will probably take around a week to completely heal. Your hole may or may not close up, and if it does, you'll just have to get it repierced if you still want it. But don't try sticking the stud back in until it is completely healed, with no scab, redness, or pain. Not even itching, bc that means it's still healing.
