Would you ever have period sex?

There is this gorgous guy i have been casually having sex with for a little while now. And i was on my period last weekend, He told me it was okay. (stupid me- i acted on impulse and had sex with him even though i had my period.) We had sex on his couch, on a blanket. Then i asked him if we could move to the bedroom he said okay. When i woke up I got him to have sex with me again. Only this time i got blood all over his comforter and his sheet. It was so awkward. I felt rediculously horrible! (but n my head i felt like it was ok since he was willing to have sex with me while i was on my period.) Any ways a week went by and i ran into him at the bar and he hid from me! He ducked behind his friends back to avoid me- now im scared the period sex had something to do with it...
