I don't think you are ready for a relationship with this guy. You are going into this with way too many doubts and insecurities, and its probably not a good idea, and probably better off not to expect anything from this boy and to just stay friends. He doesn't sound like he is looking to have one girl exclusively, because he seems to show interest in other girls, so you might be looking for something, that he isn't ready to have. He might want to date around and fool around with a few girls at a time, which is what guys do when they don't want to have one serious relationship, and rather hang around a few girls and just have a good time. You want to be in a relationship with a guy that you know for sure is there for you and only you. You don't want to have to worry if he likes some other girl, or if he is interested in someone else. If you date this guy, you might get hurt. If you do have that date with him, go and have fun, and make yourself look nice, but don't go nuts over him, especially when you don't know for sure how he feels or whats going to happen. There will always be plenty of other guys no matter what. To be honest though, just keep him as a friend, that way you are not hurt in the end.
