Best work out advice?

Of course, keep a good diet. That's very important. You might not want to do the same excersise every day because it can slow down the muscle process. Maybe one day weight lift for a few hours but take breaks. The next day work on abs and all that. Try going for a jog 5 times a week at most, that'll help alot. Try not to eat so much junk food. Be very active everyday, whether it's outdoors or indoors. Play sports. Pushups help a lot and sit-ups too. Go to a gym for better results atleast 3 times a week. Have fun!
