My bellybutton has a soft red bump under it?

Hello im 18 years old and i got my belly button peirced abouut two months ago & everything was fine until it got snagged on something ; i noticed about two days ago i had a red soft bump its kind of soar but its not that bad can someone please tell me what the problem is & how to fix it
