Why are claims that homeopathic remedies are just water completely false?

the measure of any process is it's end products. the so-called "science" of medicine does not produce health. it produces disease and death. so much for their claims of scientific validity. you can flush them down the toilet, along with the dope they push. falsely accusing others based on a fatuous and simplistic viewpoint serves to sway many ignorant persons who presume to be sophisticated and far smarter than they actually are.
